LUCOBIT AG seeks to centre all of its activities and strategies around the customer. The management’s declared objective here is to develop, in LUCOBIT AG’s distribution network, a long-term link between the person on the ground and the company’s strategy and products. As a result, in recent months, not only has it increased the number of distributors and agents in its global network, the technical and regional skills of the LUCOBIT sales team have also increased enormously.

In addition to LUCOBIT AG’s traditional markets in German-speaking areas, Nordic countries and Italy, it has sales partners that are “its local LUCOBIT representatives” in every European country and others countries around the world. There are sales experts in each country, usually native speakers who are familiar with the culture and know how local people think. This ensures faster and more efficient lines of communication with the head office in Wesseling, Germany.

Sales areas have been designated, where reasonable, under the management of a partner company, such that visits on the ground, even those required at short notice, can be made quickly.

Using a business information system called “LAGIS” that has been specially designed for LUCOBIT, all of its sales partners around the world are connected to the head office and to one another via the Internet. This means that the latest information is available to all members of the LUCOBIT sales network at the same time. Customer proximity, flexibility and professionalism
are combined to give customers absolute certainty that they have chosen the right partner for their thermoplastic polyolefin requirements.
