The leading german online service “BauNetz” has been relaunched. Meanwhile the German trade press awarded the “Bau- Netz” the “Special Media of the Year” Award for their trend magazine “Designlines”. For the first time this year the award was given out in the “online” category. Section “flat roof” sponsored by LUCOBIT A beneficiary of this relaunch is the Bau- Netz-Encyclopedia – “Infoline Flachdach” (“InfolineFlat Roof”).

The online platform for experts in the fields of flat roof constructions now goes by the name “Bau-Netz Wissen Flachdach” (Construction- Net Knowledge Flat Roof) and has been completely overhauled both visually and functionally. “BauNetz Wissen Flachdach” is a joint project of the exclusive sponsors LUCOBIT AG, the BauNetz and expert writers of the engineering offices for flat roof technology in Böhl-Iggelheim, Germany (IFDT). “BauNetz Wissen Flachdach” provides a comprehensive pool of information about the subject of flat roofs presents object studies and gives online information in its exclusive newsletter about products, developments and trends. Since its launch in 2001, the portal has developed into a widespread quality medium. In 2008 alone the website had an average of 34,000 hits per month and more than 5,000 newsletter subscriptions.
